By accessing and using Langsage's LLM observability and evaluation platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and TENSORSPACE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, concerning your access to and use of the Service.
Langsage provides a comprehensive observability and evaluation platform for Large Language Model (LLM) applications, agents, and workflows. Our Service includes but is not limited to:
Account Creation: When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for maintaining the security of your account.
Account Responsibility: You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions.
Account Security: You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. We will not be liable for any losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:
Data Ownership: You retain ownership of all data you submit to, store on, or process through the Service. This includes all LLM interactions, traces, logs, and any other data you provide ("User Data").

API Keys and Credentials: You are responsible for the security of your API keys and credentials. We never store your LLM provider API keys on our servers and process them only in memory for the duration necessary to fulfill your requests.
Privacy: Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service. By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation: IN NO EVENT SHALL TENSORSPACE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Maximum Liability: IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TENSORSPACE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).
Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
Termination by Us: We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms.
